Increasingly, it also feels like the pressure to succeed is getting more and more intense. In this series, we take a critical look at how we see our failures, while exploring ways we can process them well, cope in healthy ways, and develop personal resilience.

When we fall down and hurt ourselves, the first thing we do is try to address our immediate injuries. The same thing is true when dealing with setbacks. In this episode, we explore healthy ways we can cope with failure while embracing our emotions throughout the process.

Playing Not To Lose

There is a big difference between playing to win and playing not to lose. On the outside they might both look the same, but inwardly they are very different motivations. In this episode, we look at our environment and identify why we seem to be facing increasing pressure to be “perfect.”
